Pennie\u2019s mission is to help Pennsylvanians get the coverage they need and is the ONLY place that will connect them with financial assistance to help lower their monthly and\/or out-of-pocket healthcare costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers can shop for health coverage plans through Pennie during the 2022 Open Enrollment Period, which runs from November 1, 2021, through January 15, 2022.&nbsp;<strong>Please note that for coverage starting in January 2022, customers must enroll by December 15, 2021.<\/strong>&nbsp;Coverage for customers who enroll after December 15, 2021, will begin on February 1, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nearly 9 out of 10 customers qualify for financial assistance. Qualification is based on income and household composition, and Pennie can help customers learn if they qualify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Please note that for coverage starting in January 2022, customers must enroll by December 15, 2021.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Pennie application portal is now available in Spanish for the 2022 Open Enrollment Period. Additionally, customers can now receive notices from Pennie in their preferred language (English or Spanish).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Pennie Call Center can be reached at 1-844-844-8040<\/strong>. It will be open throughout the Open Enrollment Period Monday through Friday from 8 am to 7 pm and on Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. In addition, the Broker and Assister Call Line (-1-844-844-4440) will be open from 8 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pennie.com is a valuable resource for educating customers on various aspects of the health insurance-buying process.
