These highly trained providers can serve as your primary care provider for most health care needs including wellness examinations, immunizations, acute illness and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, COPD and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Primary care is patient-centered healthcare given by a health care provider. This provider acts as the first contact and primary person who provides continuing care for patients and coordinates other specialist care that the patient may need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
