Roger Esper

Chief Medical Officer

Roger’s Story

Dr. Esper is a graduate of the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, Des Moines, Iowa. He completed a Family Medicine Residency at Metro Health Center in Erie and maintains board certification by the American Academy of Osteopathic Medicine. He is also designated as a Civil Surgeon by the U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. He joined MHEDS’ medical staff in 1999 and practices at MHEDS’ Peach Street Office, where he also serves as the Chief Medical Officer.
