We accept Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, and private insurance. Uninsured or underinsured patients may be eligible for our sliding fee scale. Co-pays, deductibles, co-insurances and fees for non-covered services are expected to be paid at the time of your visit. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and debit cards. All patients are welcome regardless of their ability to pay. An estimate of the cost for medical services and items for patients who are not insured or who are not using insurance will be made available prior to the patient's visit.
