New state-funded digital platform creates a more accessible pathway for individuals and families seeking important information and support.
ERIE, Pa. — Multi-Cultural Health Evaluation Delivery System (MHEDS) today announced the launch of LifePathPA.org, a new state-funded digital platform designed to help connect people across Pennsylvania with trusted information and community resources through a more accessible, centralized online experience.
At launch, LifePathPA.org will feature Erie-based information, with additional regional content expected to be added over the coming months as the platform expands across Pennsylvania. MHEDS said information collection is already well underway and that new releases are planned each quarter as the site grows to serve more communities throughout the state.
“LifePathPA.org reflects MHEDS’ commitment to building practical tools that help people more easily find the information and support they need,” said Alivia Haibach, CEO of MHEDS. “We are proud to launch this platform with Erie data first, while laying the foundation for a broader statewide resource that will continue to grow region by region. This is about creating something useful, accessible, and community-centered from day one.”
LifePathPA.org was developed to make it easier for individuals, families, and communities to navigate important resources without having to search across disconnected systems. By bringing key information together in one place, the website reflects MHEDS’ broader commitment to reducing barriers and improving access through solutions designed around real-world needs.
The phased rollout is intended to balance immediate public value with long-term statewide growth. Rather than waiting for a fully built statewide platform before launch, MHEDS is introducing LifePathPA.org with a strong Erie foundation and a clear path for expansion, allowing the site to begin serving users now while additional Pennsylvania regions are added in planned quarterly updates.
“Access matters most when it is practical,” said Dr. Tyler Titus. “When people are trying to find help, clarity and ease can make a real difference. Launching with Erie first and then expanding across the Commonwealth is a smart, grounded approach that puts usefulness ahead of complexity and keeps the focus on what people actually need.”
MHEDS leaders said the website aligns with the organization’s ongoing work to create solutions that extend impact beyond traditional service delivery. As a mission-driven organization with deep roots in community care, MHEDS sees LifePathPA.org as an example of how digital infrastructure can support public well-being when it is built with trust, usability, and long-term community relevance at the center.
The organization expects the platform to support awareness, engagement, and easier navigation for people seeking timely, reliable, and locally relevant information. MHEDS will continue to promote the new website through community outreach, stakeholder engagement, and public communications as future regional updates are released.
Community members, partners, and stakeholders are encouraged to visit www.LifePathPA.org to explore the new platform and share it with others who may benefit from easier access to trusted information and resources.
